I created this card using Best Butterfly’s stamp set. It was supposed to be for a challenge that used only one layer. Do you know how hard it is for me to use just one layer? I wanted to pop up the sentiment. I wanted to put die cut butterflies on the card. But alas just one layer! I finished it and now the link to the challenge is closed. Oh well that is the story of my life lately. At least I got to attempt it as I NEVER make one layer cards.
I stamped the butterflies with the in-colors – Tahitian Tide, Parakeet Party, Orchid Oasis and Sweet Sorbet. I stamped the butterfly body and the sentiment in Starry Sky. So I used all five in colors on this card. The dots were stamped with the Parakeet Party. I stamped them off twice so they would blend in better.
There are some awesome dies that coordinate with this stamp set. I will be using them on my next card.
