Step It Up is a stamping term that means make a clean and simple card and then add some extras and then add some more. These card were published by Stampin’ Up! on their Succeed Weekly today. It is a publication that goes out weekly to demonstrators to share with you the customer.

They used the Darling Details Bundle to create these three cards. The first one is Casual and here is what Stampin’ Up! said about it.

Casual
We wanted to keep our Casual card simple—so we stamped a few flowers and leaves on Basic White Cardstock, then added white Baker’s Twine and a few Fresh Freesia Tinsel Gems for a bit of sparkle.

The middle card is Avid and here is the description.

Avid
For our Avid card, we used the largest square die to die cut a piece of Basic White Cardstock. Instead of using the outside frame, we used the inside piece as a base to arrange our die-cut flowers and leaves. We adhered the Basic White Cardstock to a panel of Fresh Freesia Cardstock and adhered that to our card base. We finished our card by die cutting our sentiment using Stylish Shapes Dies.

Next comes the Artfully Avid card.

Artfully Avid
On our Artfully Avid card we die cut Fresh Freesia and Basic White Cardstock using the largest square die. We wanted to have both the outside and inside pieces of this cute die in different colors. We placed the outside Fresh Freesia piece on our card base and used a weaving technique with our white Baker’s Twine to elevate the inside Basic White Cardstock piece.

Each of the cards are “stepped up” from the one before. All the cards are lovely but each upgrade makes it better.
