This or That?

Do you like my August Thank You Cards? Which one is your favorite? Let me know in the comments which one you chose!

I showed both cards to my husband, and he couldn’t even see the difference between the two! Can you?

The difference is actually in the embossing folders I used. Everything else is basically the same.

I used the new Hot Foil System to create both of these cards, and I am having the BEST time playing with hot foil! There is just something about that beautiful shine that makes a card extra special.

Do you recognize the DSP on my cards? It is from the August Product of the Month. I have to admit, I wasn’t too impressed with this DSP when I first saw it. But then I opened the package—and WOW! It is absolutely beautiful in person.

I know if I had read the description more carefully, I would have known that the paper is one-sided and thick, but seeing it in person really made me appreciate it. Sometimes you just have to open the package!

Here’s how I made the cards:

• Card base: Early Espresso, 8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″, scored at 4-1/4″
• DSP: 3″ x 5-1/4″
• Gold foil: 1″ x 5-1/4″
• Emboss the gold foil strip using your favorite embossing folder.
• Adhere the embossed gold foil strip and DSP to the front of the card.
• Use the Hot Foil System to create the label.
• Adhere the label to the card front using Dimensionals.

These cards were pretty easy to make, but I think the embossed gold foil and hot foil label really make them look elegant!

• 8 Project Kits (2 each of 4 designs), most months will be cards but some months may include 3D items.
• Printable PDF with instructions to make each project – this will be emailed to you when packets ship.
• Optional Add-Ons can be added to your kit  (these include the featured bundle, stamp set, dies/punch)- this will be emailed to you around the first of each month.

Club Information & Guidelines

• Subscribe here to be automatically charged each month for Club Dazzle. You will be charged around the same day each month (for example, if you first start your subscription on January 15, you will be charged on the 15th of the following months).
• To get the current month’s kit, you must be subscribed and payment must be received by the 20th of the month (Eastern Time). Payments made after the 20th of the month will be put toward the next month’s kit.
• The monthly fee is $45 (this includes shipping)
• Kits will include approximately $22-$25 in product each month, however, the exact product will not be announced beforehand (due to availability).
• Products will not be exchanged out for other items. stamp sets will not be included in the $22-$25 product part of the monthly club. You will be able to add on the featured stamp set and bundle when possible.
• Packets will ship between the 25th and 27th of each month.
• Kits will ship USPS. You will be provided a tracking number once your packet ships (between the 25th and 27th of each month).
• An email with the PDF instructions will be sent when the kits are shipped (between the 25th and 27th of each month).
• Want to skip a month? You will need to cancel and resubscribe for the following month’s kit.  No credits or exchanges on club kits.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you have made a payment for that month’s kit and then decide to cancel, you will receive that month’s kit and none after.
• Club Dazzle is available to residents of the United States only.
