For ideas, inspiration and tutorialsRetiring Stamp Sets- Guess
Have you marked all your retired sets? Are there any that you meant to order? Get them before they are gone. I have pulled my retiring stamps from my shelves. This is always a sad job. There are many that I do not want to see go away just yet. Scenic Garden is a host stamp set from Sale-a-bration. Be the closest to guessing how many of my sets retired and you will be the winner. Please leave your guess in the comments. I will pick a winner on Sunday night so happy guessing. Only one guess per...

Stampin’ Up! Playing in the Rain – Pick One
Why did I post two of the same card? Are they the same? Hum! Look closely, if you were in my February classes you know already. Want to see the answer? The Balmy Blue panel that is embossed with the raindrops are mounted differently. I read a post that said the raindrops were supposed to be bigger at the bottom like a teardrop. Who knew? Well I looked at the card I had made and wouldn't you know it. It was upside down! Which do you like better - raindrops heavy at the bottom or the top or...
Stampin’ Up! Irresistible Blooms with Playing in the Rain
Irresistible Blooms is such fun to use to create different style cards! The stamp set Irresistible Blooms is not used on this card, I only used the dies. This card uses the turtle from Playing in the Rain stamp set as the focal image. I stamped him on the die cut piece from the Irresistible Blooms dies. It is best if you stamp the image with it in place on the bigger cut out. If not he might be a little or a lot crooked. The card base is Flirty Flamingo and the next layer is from the Hello,...
Stampin’ Up! Sentimental Park Birthday Blog Hope February
Irresistible Blooms I needed a birthday card for the Tech4Stampers blog hop today. I had started a card using the Naturally Gilded Specialty designer series paper that will be available on March 1st. I needed to add a sentiment so here is the result. The card base is thick Basic White 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 scored at 4 1/4. The next layer is from the Brushed Metallic cardstock - I used the copper - 5 1/4 x 4. Next I added a piece of the Naturally Gilded Specialty DSP that is 5 x 3 3/4. Next I die cut a...
