I belong to a wonderful group of stampers that participates in a monthly blog hop. The theme for July was to create a card based on the above sketch. Peace on Earth Box
I finished the last project from Creativity Now today. It is a very cute box which does not show up well in my picture. It was super easy to make. Now I need to find something to go in my box. When I think of summer sunshine, thoughts of flowers, the beach and the outside come to mind. I am loving this new bundle, Impressions Abloom! Coneflower – Which Do You Chose?
I started out creating a card from the Natural Botanicals stamp set, the one on the right. But I stamped on the wrong panel, so the card on the left was born. I hated to trash my first attempt. You know, I say there are no mistakes when stamping, just adjust. As I was working I got some stray ink in the left upper corner, so I stamped some extra leaves.
