Carved Wood Technique Sunflower Thank You Cards – July Orders I wish I could say this technique was all mine, but credit goes to several inspiring demos who shared variations of this idea. This embossing folder is amazing! There are so many different techniques to use with it. Color it directly as on this card! You can color it with blends, ink daubers or add ink to the folder itself. On this card I embossed Thoughtful Journey DSP with the Sunflower embossing folder. Then I lightly rubbed on Calypso Coral ink using direct to paper. You can add as much ink as you like. It was adhered to the Misty Moonlight cardstock with a sentiment. Unfortunately, this stamp set is sold out!...

Using the Perfectly Pears bundle, we created this card in my July in-person classes. The Painterly Pears designer series paper lets you create lovely cards without any stamping. The dies were used to die cut all the shapes used on the card from the DSP. The Secret Sea piece was die cut from the coordinating dies. We did some stamping on the inside of the card.
